A certificate issued by a chemist after sampling the air in a tanker’s cargo tanks after the cargo has been pumped out. It is endorsed with one of the following notations:
(1) Safe for men,
(2) Not safe for fire,
(3) Safe for men and fire,
(4) Not safe.
